Cancellation Policy
To secure all bookings, we require a $50 deposit, which is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy:
If you move or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will remain redeemable.
If you fail to show up or cancel on the same day, your deposit will no longer be redeemable.
We offer an SMS reminder service sent prior to your appointment. Upon receipt of this message, please confirm or advise if you need to reschedule.
Refunds
To apply for a refund, please email us with your request. We follow the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) requirements for refunds.
Your refund request must include the reason for the refund, and we will respond within seven working days.
Note: All refunds incur a 15% admin/service fee due to the time involved in processing.
