Booking Information

Deposit, No‑Show & Late Arrival Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you and allows me to prepare the space with intention. I understand that life happens and plans can change, so if you need to adjust your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking where suitable, provided adequate notice is given.

No‑shows result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as the reserved time cannot be offered to another client at short notice.

For late arrivals, your treatment time may be impacted to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment fee still applies, even if the session is shortened.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time, as well as the time of other Anya clients. Your care and consideration help keep the studio running smoothly and allow every client to enjoy their experience fully.
